About me
I’m Tom, a personal trainer and online coach with over six years of coaching experience. My fitness journey began with my own transformative fat loss journey, going from a 22 stone guy with not a clue where to turn to, to a fully qualified coach completely stepping out of my comfort zone in the process. Having now completed 10 races across all categories, I know what it takes to go from average gym goer to achieving something you never thought you could, and then even more so. With me, you'll be able to become stronger, get fitter, and become the best version of yourself whether its completing your first race or improving your current time with my tailored 1-1 online coaching. This isn't a cookie-cutter, copy-and-paste programme - this is actual coaching. We'll work as a team to understand each other, work towards your goals, through your life schedule and together we we will work together to create a long-term path to your training and racing goals - no matter how small or audacious they may be.
