About me

As a Certified Hyrox Coach, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Sports Nutrition Coach, and Certified Transformational Nutrition Coach (CTNC) through the Institute of Transformational Nutrition, I bring a well-rounded, holistic approach to fitness and performance. I’ve personally competed in four Hyrox races, giving me firsthand experience with the demands of the sport and the strategies that lead to success. I believe that training for something like Hyrox gives your workouts purpose and provides an incredible opportunity for personal growth, confidence building, and discovering what you’re truly capable of. My coaching goes beyond the gym. I emphasize the importance of what happens outside of training sessions,- like quality sleep, balanced nutrition, stress management, and mental well-being as these are the habits that truly elevate your performance.
