About me

Being a Hybrid/HYROX athlete allows me to be better in other aspects of my life. I am a sports chiropractor and to have the strength, energy and mobility to work with my clients. I am husband, dog dad and loves my family. I am available to them from playing with the young kiddos in the family or helping someone move, I can. My specialty and athletes that I love to work with are BEGINNERS and FIRST TIME HYROX races. I help create a good foundation and build from there. It all starts with a phone call and we can go from there. My biggest topic of conversation that I have with current HYBRID athletes and my patients in my chiropractic office is that we have to start somewhere to get to where we want to go.
