About me

Hey, I'm Toni, 26 years old and living in Berlin. I studied fitness economics and some accomplished other license like Hyrox Performance Coach and found my passion for sport and my new lifestyle through it. I knew from the beginning it's more than just a hobby. Before I started studying, I also went through all the myths and hurdles… things like too much exercise, too less food, eating disorders, etc. For this reason, I started coaching to help as many people as possible avoid these struggles and show that a healthy lifestyle can be fun. I have already supported over 100 women and men in achieving their goals and now I'm looking forward to support you. The cornerstone of my coaching practice is rooted in a belief that each individual possesses the potential for growth, resilience, and transformation. My philosophy emphasizes empathy, open communication, and fostering an environment where clients feel supported and understood. This foundation enables clients to build trust, which is crucial for genuine progress.
