My customers describe me as a real bundle of energy that pulls everyone out of their motivational hole and really "gets them going". I don't accept excuses because I know them all from myself. But I'm always funny, compassionate and encouraging. Ultimately, I can assure you from my own experience: Your sleep will be better, you'll feel great in your body and you'll simply have more energy. Speaking of energy. I am a very dynamic trainer. Equipment is important and is also used. The focus is on my special and coordinated bodyweight training, which combines Crossfit and functional training.
