About me
I am passionate about helping others see what they are capable of. When you do something that you once thought was impossible it is life changing. Coming alongside people, hearing their story and helping create a plan to navigate fitness goals is my goal. I am a wife and a mom to 6. Yes, you read that correctly. Life is full and I absolutely love it. I found CrossFit in 2018 and have been coaching CrossFit since 2021. I also do photography, my primary focus being fitness and competition shoots. I enjoy gritty, endurance workouts, cycling, running and rock climbing. 'Grace + Grit' is my mantra.
