With over a decade of coaching experience, I have dedicated my career to empowering women to build strength, resilience, and confidence at every stage of life. My coaching philosophy centers around holistic athlete development, where physical training is paired with a focus on mental and emotional well-being. I am deeply committed to continuous growth, both for myself and my clients, encouraging us to embrace challenges as opportunities for personal and athletic development. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of guiding numerous women through their fitness journeys. My approach combines strength training, endurance, flexibility and mindset coaching to ensure comprehensive preparation for the demands of HYROX events. Having embarked on my own HYROX journey in my 50s, I understand the challenges and rewards of pushing personal boundaries. This experience fuels my passion for helping others discover their inner strength and achieve what once seemed impossible. Witnessing my clients surpass their expectations, from completing their first HYROX race to achieving personal bests, has been one of the most rewarding aspects of my work. Their stories reflect the transformative power of personalised coaching and unwavering support.
