About me

Hi! I've been a Strength and Conditioning coach for over 10 years, specializing in the critical aspects of Hyrox: running, aerobic capacity, erg efficiency, and strength/strongman. I've led group classes, 1:1 personal training sessions, and remotely programmed and coached athletes for full year-long cycles. I love Hyrox as a competition/event as well an accessible and scalable training methodology for any person of any fitness level. As an athlete, I've completed two Hyrox singles races, with three more to come in 2024, each giving me more experience and knowledge as a coach in this sport. I completed a full marathon, numerous 10ks, a sprint triathlon, and countless functional fitness competitions (live and online, as well as individual and team). When I'm not in the gym, I love golfing, getting into nature, and (like any good fitness junkie) collecting sneakers/workout shoes.
