About me
Hi! I’ve been a Strength and Conditioning Coach for over 10 years, working with athletes of all ages, abilities, and goals, in group and 1:1 settings. Success in HYROX combines all my passions and areas of expertise as a coach, personal trainer, and athlete: Aerobic capacity development with running and ergs; strength development; functional fitness + strongman training; and, the hard work, consistency, and determination required to put it all together for the Sport of Fitness Racing. These are all disciplines I've studied and completed courses from the leading thinkers and coaches over my 10 years in the fitness industry. Since entering the HYROX community, I've completed 4 races across Open, Pro, and Doubles divisions, with 5 more scheduled this season. After finishing my undergrad studies in North Carolina, I started my coaching career in Montreal, and after also living in Toronto and Ottawa, relocated home to Vancouver in 2021. When not in the gym, you can find me on the golf course, searching for my next pair of sneakers, plane spotting, or traveling to cheer on the Cincinnati Bengals (Who Dey).
