About me

I help you lift heavier, run further and faster, and improve your race times through individualised 1-1 online coaching. This isn't a cookie-cutter, copy-and-paste programme - this is actual coaching. I will get to know you, your goals and your experiences and through this, we will work together to create a long-term path to your training and racing goals - no matter how small or audacious they may be. You don't have to have huge competitive aspirations for coaching to be the right thing for you. If you have goals for your training and you want to remove the guesswork from achieving them, have a clear structure to your week, be held accountable along the way and you are willing to commit to doing your part by showing up and commiting to the process then coaching is right for you. Progress is about more than sets and reps in the gym and paces on the track - we will ensure you are taking care of everything outside of the gym, from what you're eating to fuel and recover from your sessions so that you are going into each session ready to perform and you are taking care of your sleep and other things that will impact your ability to recover from your hard training. You only progress from the training that you can recover from so if you want to see improvements in your training and in your race times - these factors cannot be overlooked and are a key part of the coaching process.
