About me

Fitness is more than just physical training—it’s about cultivating resilience, balance, and a strong connection between the mind, body, and soul. Jen’s approach is focused on creating an environment where people feel empowered to push past their limits and achieve personal growth, no matter where they start. Her life is a testament to the power of determination and holistic wellness. As a single mom and an athlete who continues to battle severe anemia after a near-death experience in 2018, Jen's strength lies in her refusal to let life's challenges derail her passion for fitness. She leads by example, showing her son and her clients that tenacity, adaptability, and a holistic approach to health can create lasting transformation. With 25 years of experience spanning personal training, Pilates, gymnastics, dance, and aquatic fitness, Jen has spent the last six years as a coach with F45training the official partner gym of Hyrox. She now serves as a level 1 performance coach, USA Hyrox Ambassador and Head Judge. Her extensive background includes roles as a women’s gymnastics team coach, where she eventually retired, and as the fitness director at Simone Biles' World Champion Centre. Her diverse fitness expertise is complemented by her certification as a wellness counselor from Cornell University, which she pursued to ensure she could support her athletes in all aspects of their well-being. FlyGirl Jen's talents extend into the film industry, where she works as a film producer, actress, and stunt coordinator. Her work can be seen across major streaming platforms such as Peacock, Roku, and Hulu, showcasing the fusion of her fitness and film worlds. Through her projects, Jen also uses her platform to attach philanthropy work, supporting causes close to her heart and making a positive impact through storytelling. Jen's fitness journey is meant to inspire many, but it remains, above all, a love letter to her son—demonstrating the power of perseverance, wellness, and leading by example.
