My background as a semi-professional footballer has shaped my competitive edge and understanding of high-performance environments. I’m also a qualified running coach and a multiple-time marathon finisher with competitive race times. My athletes consistently achieve outstanding results, particularly in running and hybrid performance settings. I’m passionate about developing well-rounded, resilient athletes who are ready to excel in HYROX and beyond.
