About me

Hyrox Trainer | CF-L1 Trainer | Strong First L1 Trainer | Bootcamp Trainer I first heard about Hyrox after seeing a couple of my friends compete in 2019. From my first race in Dallas 2021 I was immediately hooked as I really enjoyed Hyrox's approach to fitness. Growing up in NY I always looked for a fitness routine that challenged me and brought results. This pursuit led me to learn a lot about fitness through CrossFit, Bootcamps, and other gyms I encountered. And through every race and workout I found that Hyrox always challenged me and took my skills to the next level. Hyrox has also brought together an amazing community of individuals from all fitness levels. Meeting these racers have inspired me and added so much wealth to my life through their knowledge base, experiences, and great vibes. As this great fitness community continues to grow I am looking forward to contributing to the growth of this sport both here in NY and around the world.
