Hello! I am a 49 year old 14x finisher in the top 8% AG with a fastest time of 66 minutes and will be competing in my first EMEA World Championships this year. I own and run Walthamstow’s private boutique gym. Level 4 qualified PT, triathlete, marathoner, cancer rehab, strength & stamina. I deliver hybrid group coaching and personal training with a focus on optimal form and injury prevention. I’ve fielded over 12 athletes so far from absolute beginner to clients looking to PB their next race.
