About me
I am Terry, a Hyrox Performance Coach with a Master Degree in Sports Medicine. My training philosophy is “Get Fit to Play” – Train Smarter, Not just Harder. This is my passion being a coach helping individuals perform their best while staying injury-free. My approach blends science-backed training with personalized program preparing for Hyrox challenge.
As an Fitness Enthusiast, I have been engaged in Strength Training, Marathon and TrailRun for almost 2 decades. Being participated as part time private trainer in the past few years, my passion drives me towards the Fitness World via understanding Hyrox. While Hyrox is a strength Endurance Sports itself, it is also a very good cross training complimentary to all other Endurance Sports like Marathon or TrailRun.
