I’m a HYROX Performance Coach, National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, and Nutrition Consultant with a focus on cellular health and longevity. My approach brings together functional fitness, metabolic health, and evidence-based nutrition to help athletes train smarter and recover better.
Fitness is the single biggest lever we can pull to extend healthspan — not just how long we live, but how well we live. VO2 max, strength, and metabolic flexibility are among the strongest predictors of long-term health outcomes, and HYROX is one of the most well-rounded tests of all three. It demands the engine, the strength, and the mental grit to keep moving when it gets uncomfortable. That’s exactly the kind of training that pays dividends decades down the road.
