About me
I’m a HYROX Performance Coach who believes people are capable of more than they often realize—and sometimes they simply need the right plan, the right challenge, and someone willing to walk with them as they discover it.
My approach to coaching is personal and performance-driven. I don’t believe in forcing every athlete into the same program. Your goals, experience, strengths, limitations, and life outside the gym all matter. Training should meet you where you are while intentionally developing the strength, endurance, running ability, and mental resilience necessary to get where you want to go.
As a hybrid athlete myself, I understand the unique challenge of preparing for HYROX: learning to run efficiently under fatigue, developing strength that transfers to the stations, managing pacing and transitions, and building the confidence to keep moving when the race gets uncomfortable. I believe the mental side of performance matters just as much as the physical.
Ultimately, coaching is about more than a finish time. Results are important, but I see them as guideposts showing us what you’re becoming capable of. My goal is to help athletes experience measurable progress, overcome challenges they may not have thought possible, and walk away believing there is still another level ahead.
You don’t have to figure it out alone. I’ll bring everything I know to the process, challenge you when you need to be challenged, encourage you when you need it, and help you build a plan designed around becoming the strongest, most capable version of yourself.
