About me
ISSA-certified and a certified HYROX Performance Coach with real competitive experience inside HYROX events. I don’t just coach the sport I’ve trained and competed in it, so everything I program is built from what actually works under race conditions.
My coaching focuses on strength, endurance, nutrition, and mental resilience to help athletes perform at a higher level in HYROX and beyond. Every program is structured with intention balancing progressive training, injury prevention, and sustainable results so athletes can stay consistent and keep improving.
With a strong background in fitness and a focus on both physical and mental performance, I work with athletes to build capacity, confidence, and control under fatigue. Whether it’s your first HYROX or you’re chasing a faster time, the goal stays the same better performance, smarter training, and long-term growth.
