As a Hyrox Performance Coach and Strength & Conditioning Specialist, I help athletes and everyday competitors unlock their full potential in Hyrox, endurance racing, and functional fitness. With a background in personal training, strength development, and sports science, I combine evidence-based programming with real-world competition experience to push my clients beyond their limits.

Science-Driven Coaching – Currently studying a degree in Sport Science, I merge biomechanics, strength training, and endurance principles to develop customized Hyrox-specific training programs that enhance speed, power, and stamina.
Strength & Conditioning Expertise – With a strong foundation in hybrid training, I help athletes improve running efficiency, functional strength, and race-day performance—whether you’re a first-time competitor or an elite racer aiming for a podium finish.
