Hi!!! I competed in my first Hyrox competition (Women’s Single) in April of 2025. Since then I fell in love with Hyrox as a whole and am doing my next race in April of 2026. Im a certified PT and incredibly passionate for health + fitness. My passion began after a weight loss journey I had in 2019. I’m a runner, gym rat, dancer, dog mama, and travel junkie!
