I’m Coach Lucy! I am a Level 3 Personal Trainer and Hyrox Performance coach. My training is for everyone whether you are just at the start of your fitness journey, training for your first Hyrox race, or an experienced athlete training for a new PB!

I bring my experience as a Hyrox Pro Athlete and Hyrox Judge to my coaching, so that you are prepared and race day ready!

I coach group classes, personalised 1-1 and pairs training! I also offer online-coaching, and offer ready-to-follow programs.
