I’m a strength and conditioning coach with over a decade of experience helping athletes build durable performance that lasts beyond a single race or season. My background spans strength training, aerobic development, and hybrid endurance, with a coaching philosophy rooted in consistency, intelligent programming, and long-term progression.
As a HYROX coach, my focus is helping athletes become stronger, fitter, and more resilient, not just race-ready, but capable year-round. HYROX demands more than grit and conditioning; it requires strength under fatigue, repeatable movement patterns, and an aerobic engine that supports recovery between efforts. My approach emphasizes building those qualities deliberately rather than chasing random intensity.
I work with a wide range of athletes, from first-time HYROX competitors to experienced endurance and hybrid athletes, by meeting them where they are and structuring training around clear priorities. That means balancing strength, aerobic capacity, and skill development so athletes can train consistently, recover well, and show up confident on race day.
