Ferenc Sebestyen

Hi, its Coach Ferenc, I´m 31 years, living with my Wife and daughter in Darmstadt.
My Hyrox-Journey began at one of the first events, back in 2018 in Karlsruhe. Since then I´m a big fan of the sport.
Until 2023 I was very passiv with my trainig and coaching. But since then, I keep on improving and help other improve in the sport. Year for year, we keep on pushing the limits and developing out times and performance.
