I believe that everyone is capable of more. I believe that coaches have to get better for athletes to get better. Engineering isn’t just my background; it’s how I coach. I believe in data, information, and problem solving, and I hold myself to the same standard I hold my athletes: always improving, always growing.

That starts with believing every person has the capacity to become an athlete. My job is to meet you where you are and build a plan engineered with intention and designed to adapt. People are the variable in training, and a plan that can’t flex will always break.​
