As a former National Champion wrestler and coach in the sport, I’ve lived the power of structured training, mental toughness, and the unmatched accountability that comes from being part of a team in an individualized sport. That experience has shaped how I coach HYROX athletes today—by blending individualized performance plans with the motivating force of a team environment.
I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Coach, with years of experience leading high-energy group fitness programs that bring out the best in every participant. Whether I’m coaching someone through their first sled push or helping a seasoned competitor shave minutes off their HYROX time, my mission is the same: to maximize your potential and help you unlock a new standard for yourself.
To me, fitness is so much more than just physical transformation. It’s a vehicle for growth that ripples into every aspect of our lives—building confidence, sharpening focus, and elevating how we show up professionally, personally, and socially.
