ABOUT ME
I help HYROX athletes train with intention, race with awareness, and become more capable through the process.
As a Level-2 Certified HYROX Performance Coach, I combine sports science, race data, practical coaching experience, and a deep understanding of the demands of HYROX to develop training that is specific to the athlete—not simply the event.
I don’t believe better performance comes from doing more training.
It comes from doing the right training, for the right athlete, at the right time.
Every athlete has a different combination of strengths, limitations, training history, goals, and experience. My approach begins by understanding that individual picture, identifying the factors that have the greatest potential impact on performance, and then turning those insights into purposeful training.
MY COACHING PHILOSOPHY
ASSESS → UNDERSTAND → PRESCRIBE → ADAPT
HYROX performance is more than being good at eight stations or being able to run 8 × 1 km.
The challenge is learning to repeatedly produce quality movement and output **while managing accumulating fatigue and preserving the ability to run and execute the next task.
My coaching therefore focuses on developing the complete HYROX athlete:
Aerobic capacity • Strength • Muscular endurance • Fatigue resistance • Running performance • Pacing • Station execution • Race strategy
This philosophy is also at the heart of my Mastering the HYROX Station educational series, where I break down each station through biomechanics, movement strategy, race standards, performance demands, fatigue management, and practical execution.
The goal isn’t simply to teach an athlete how to complete a movement.
It’s to understand how to perform that movement effectively within the context of the entire race.
I am also the creator of the HYROX Athlete Index System (HAIS), an evidence-informed framework designed to evaluate athlete readiness, identify performance limiters, and translate race and performance data into individualized training strategies.
But great coaching is about more than data.
I want athletes to understand WHY they are training the way they are, develop confidence in the process, and take ownership of their progress.
Whether you’re preparing for your first HYROX, pursuing a personal best, breaking through a plateau, or targeting the highest levels of competition, my goal is to help you become a stronger, healthier, and more capable athlete—not only on race day, but long after you cross the finish line.
Train with intention.
Race with awareness.
Reflect with curiosity.
Learn from the experience.
Become a better athlete.
