About me

If you’re new to HYROX and have no idea where to start.. you’ve come to the right place! I’m passionate about helping others fuel their body, train with purpose and break past the mental barriers holding them back.

I know how intimidating it can feel signing up to an event you have no idea about, the imposter syndrome that takes over seeing the athletes holding up their flags on Instagram, and wondering if the hybrid life is really for me.
When I started, I didn’t feel like an athlete. I was worried about not being fit enough, strong enough or fast enough but what I learned is that you don’t need to be perfect to start, you just need structure, support and the confidence to keep showing up.

That’s why I coach the way I do. I bring not just my qualifications as a HYROX Performance Coach, Personal Trainer and Accredited Sports Nutritionist, but my lived experience of building belief in myself and my abilities, training smart and fuelling for performance, without burning out.

What training with me looks like:
– HYROX-Specific Programming: Progressive hybrid training focused on running economy, strength endurance and race efficiency.
– Evidence-Based Nutrition Coaching: Performance-led fuelling strategies to support both body composition and recovery.
– Mindset and Consistency Support: Tools to overcome self-doubt and build the confidence to back yourself on race day, and beyond.
