About me
Sport has been a constant part of my life since childhood. I began with basketball, which I practiced for many years. During my university years at METU, Ankara, where I graduated from the Food Engineering Department, I joined the METU Rowing Team and trained actively in competitive rowing. At the same time, I also worked as a swimming coach and lifeguard, which strengthened my foundation in endurance sports and coaching.
After transitioning into my professional career, I embraced triathlon in 2021. Since then, I have competed in several Olympic- and half-Ironman–distance triathlons, steadily improving my performance and gaining experience in balancing the three disciplines. Alongside triathlon, I developed a passion for trail running, participating in national trail events that challenged me with technical terrains and long-distance endurance racing. These experiences deepened my appreciation for the mental and physical resilience required in multisport and outdoor endurance challenges.
I also hold Swimming and Triathlon Coaching certificates, which allow me to combine my personal experience with professional knowledge to support other athletes in their journeys
