About me
Most HYROX athletes start exactly where you are now.
HYROX might look intimidating from the outside, but at its core it’s about building strength, endurance and confidence through smart training. That’s exactly what my coaching focuses on.
I specialise in helping people start their HYROX journey the right way. Training combines progressive strength work with HYROX-specific conditioning so you build the engine, resilience and technique needed to handle the demands of race day.
The goal isn’t just to survive workouts — it’s to steadily become stronger, fitter and more capable with every training block.
I coach both first-time HYROX athletes and those looking to improve their race performance through in-person and hybrid programming. Each programme is structured to develop strength, endurance and race readiness together.
Based in Edinburgh, I work with people who want to challenge themselves, train with purpose and discover what they’re capable of wether that’s your first solo, double or relay race or looking to improve on a past performance.
