About me

I’m a HYROX coach and personal trainer based in Edinburgh, helping everyday athletes train smarter for HYROX — whether it’s your first race or you’re chasing a faster time.
My coaching blends strength, engine, and movement efficiency, so you’re not just fit on paper — you’re prepared for the demands of race day. That means building real strength for sleds, wall balls, carries and lunges, while developing the aerobic capacity and pacing needed to perform under fatigue.

Alongside HYROX-specific prep, I also coach general strength, body composition, and long-term performance, ensuring clients stay resilient, strong, and consistent year-round.
