About me
I’m an L1 Hyrox Performance Coach with a strong foundation in both fitness and academia. I hold a PhD in Biological Sciences, where I focused on the physical and mental facets of fitness. I have deep expertise in the anatomical, physiological, and biochemical principles that underpin functional fitness and endurance training. With extensive experience as a Personal Trainer, Endurance Coach, and Fitness Facility Supervisor, I’ve built a proven track record in the fitness industry. I also hold certifications from AFAA, USATF, and RRCA, along with several local and regional honors. In addition to coaching and programming for HyForge Fitness, I serve as a Professor of Biology and Anatomy & Physiology at a local college on Florida’s Space Coast.
I have one goal, to help you become strong, efficient, and unstoppable on race day. I bridge the gap between functional fitness and endurance so you can perform at your best when it matters most.
